From ordering to delivery, excellent service. Guy who took my order at 1.30pm was very polite and knowledgeable and I was able to get the flowers in the colours I wanted plus get them delivered on the same day. Got an email to say the order had gone through, another to say approximately when the order would be delivered and the name of the person who would deliver it, and then another email to say the flowers had been delivered . The recipients phoned me at tea-time and said the flowers were beautiful and exceptionally well presented. Thank you very much for your time and care Welch Florist. Jan Clovis

My family are based in Ireland and my daughter was unfortunately over in Nottingham for her birthday alone :( so I placed an online order with Welch's to deliver a surprise bouquet to her hotel. The online transaction was really easy and the flowers they delivered were precisely on time and only the loveliest, freshest, most beautiful flowers. I would highly recommend Welch the Florist and would certainly order from them again.
