Because the staff were great. My MOT has told me I needed one new tyre and new front brake pads but the guys showed me the brake pads which, clearly, had miles left in them, so they saved me money!!

I have a car with Run Flat tyres. BMW Emergency services visited my home but the tyre was not repairable. At 9 pm on a Friday evening, they were able to find that Kwik Fit had 2 tyres in stock that were identical. I arrived 0825 Saturday morning and the keys were back in my hand and I was driving away at 0850. Absolutely outstanding.

Wheel balancing wasn?t done properly.Spin, add weights, re-spin. They just added weights and put straight on the car. I questioned this and the redid the balancing.

First time having a full service here, was a little skeptical due to a previous kwik fit I've been to. Took the car at agreed time in the morning, later phoned letting me know the details, 3 hours later picked up my car. Happy with the whole service ?

Part of my exhaust dropped off during a long trip north and was fixed by an AA man. I was very pleased to be able to book an appointment at Heanor, very close to where I am staying. I was able to book in quickly and the work was done quickly and efficiently, fixing the problem. I was kept in touch with progress and problems all the time.

didnt drive away happy as they could not fit my pre ordered and booked and paid for at a specified service centre online tyres,no jack suitable to lift my 3.5 ton motorhome and it could not fit in the building

Had to have a tyre repair. The garage was very busy and full of customers but it was sorted quickly. The 2 lads on were very polite and professional. Excellent service

Really helpful staff at Heanor, who diagnosed a problem gratis. Unfortunately let down by their Nottingham branch, who, despite me ringing twice, didn't bother getting back to me, so I went elsewhere for the work to be done.
