Attended a booked appointment today for my sisters wedding, maid of honour nails for me. Shown picture of inspiration.Got several messages and calls on phone and Facebook 30 minutes before appointment to make sure we were attending. Which we were.Attended early got seen straight away which is good and we appreciate.Doing my nails fine. Nearly finished and noticed one of my nails were completely wonky so asked for it to be fixed, which I got a look for!I explained if it wasnt for my sisters wedding I wouldn?t be bothered but because it is. I am. I politely asked can it be removed and redone as just filing it wouldn?t work due to me having my nails short.The nail was removed. My sister said to me, ?don?t sit and allow your nail to get hot and painful from removal? due to the acetone as I normally do then regret it afterwards.I was then called rude for asking for it to be removed, to be told it was my finger that was wonky and not the nail.Completely ruined the experience of getting our nails done for the wedding which is awful. Was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and unwanted business. Was also asked how I wanted the tip for my nails I simply said just a small tip I can show you the picture again. And I wasn?t instantly shut down with. I can?t do it like the picture.Would honestly say avoid at all costs. Will not be returning. Diamond nails over the road is much nicer.Advice for crown nails don?t book 6 o?clock appointments if you don?t want to do them, because truthfully I felt the issue was you wanted to get home and taking my nail off would add time onto my appointment which you didn?t want to do.Overall we left feeling very shocked. Very upset and very disappointed. I wanted to add we paid £70 for our nails even though disappointed.To add to review, the nail salon is dirty especially the sink where you wash your hands. Not every person working has visible certifications on the walls and barbicide clearly isn?t used in between clients.

I always come here with my mum to get either a new full set or infills. Every time I go, I end up leaving with nails that I love. I usually go in with pictures of what I?m wanting (from Pinterest) and I let them do their thing! They always look amazing, my nails are looked after and I ask questions to help me to understand what it is I?m looking for, for next time. I always ask their opinions and they always give me 10/10 service.I recommend always having pictures so they know exactly what you?re looking for.If you don?t know something, just ask and they will do their best to help you!

Was ok, got straight in, don?t think the nail quality Is good, went with my mum and she had infills and was charged for infills and nail repair when it should?ve just been infills then said it would be £36 then it changed to £38 then back down to £36 not very professional then made her sit at the side while someone who was booked got in she?s been in an hour now and all they?ve done is filed down her nails wanted infilling! Won?t be back! I changed to plain nails as I didn?t want to be in the shop any longer. The lady that did my nails seemed very nice otherwise. I also overheard another lady who had a booking but they happened to over book so she left which I would?ve done the same thing in her situation.

Not overly impressed with quality, finished nails are rough and Sharpe edges. Can feel where the top coat hasn't been brushed over the nail fully. Shame there isn't any designs to choose from only coloured nails. Felt very rushed to pick and didn't feel able to choose a selection of colours that go. Won't be returning.
