I have been to Diamond Nails several times in the past and never had a problem. However, I went today to get a fresh set of acrylics, and I was absolutely appalled by the service. I sat waiting to be seen to for 30 minutes (which I was ok with considering I was a walk-in), but when I sat down, I wasn?t even greeted with a ?hello? or anything, the woman doing my nails actually seemed more bothered about the phone call that she was on. She then proceeded to talk badly about my natural nails with the other members of staff (I have a bad nail biting habit) in their language, but I knew they were talking about my nails due to her pointing at them and the other members of staff all looking over. I found this so rude and it?s not the way that they should be treating their paying customers at all. I asked for french tip, to which I didn?t even get to choose the base colour myself, she chose it for me, it was a very pale pink, and I would of preferred it a bit darker if I?m honest, but I never got the choice in the first place. She never asked me once during the application if I was happy with shape, colour etc.. there was no communication at all. I was then left to sit and wait for a further 20 minutes to wait for another member of staff to paint on the white tips. The white tips are so uneven and messy, thicker on some nails than they are on others. I won?t be returning that's for sure, and it shocks me that they get so much custom considering how poor their customer service is.Service: Acrylic nails
