We at London Gates and Railings Ltd bought a brand new machine this year 2021. From day once the machine has plenty of faults from the factory build. We would recommend contacting us for a full review of their services and the extremely poor customer service we have received and continue to receive from them. The machine still has the same faults since day 1.

I have been dealing with Esprit Automation for longer than I care to remember (Almost 20 years).We (Teagle Machinery Ltd) have purchased 8 machines. HD4070, through HPR, HPRXD and now on to XPR.Possibly on to Lasers?? Who knows.I have BETA tested new version of their Procut Software and IRIS Interface. Purchased consumables, spare parts and service plans.I doubt there are many people who have had more dealings with them over this period.In all this time I don't believe I have ever had a cross word with anyone there.From Laura and Emily, who I deal with almost daily sometimes. Kris and Liam who have talked me through many a procedure to fix something when the inevitable break down happens and Dave who is the brains of the operation on Software.They are all very friendly and more importantly, excellent at what they do.I hope I am dealing with them for a long time to come.Great company and a great product.

Working with Esprit over the years we have found them nothing but professional, helpful and go obove and beyond to help a business to go from strength to strength from not only supplying and fitting items from Hypertherm and consumables but also in much valuable training and the team at the other end of the phone/email. Great technical service advice over the phone today from Esprit Automation on our Viper. Their tech guy Liam was very helpful in getting the machine back up and running. Having less downtime is key to production here at Abram Pulman & Sons Ltd.

We have been a longstanding customer of Esprit - the quality of the machines are second to none and provide us with a high quality cut part. The sales and service team are always helpful and response times are extremely quick. The engineers that attend site have a wide knowledge and can always fix the issues whilst on site - parts and consumables are readily available so downtime is minimized. Overall a great company would recommend to all

Great technical service today from Esprit Automation on our Lighting HD machine (Twin XPR) we have here at Inishowen Engineering, Their technician, Liam, dialled in remotely, and repaired our Hypertherm Edge Connect controller to get our machine back up and running and minimise downtime and the need for a site visit.

We have been dealing with esprit for over a decade , they supplied our CNC plasma, brilliant company the build quality of the machine is great as is availablity of spares , in this time we have had a few minor issues nothing major with the machine as to be expected , the service has been faultless the in depth knowledge of there machines has ment we have had very little down time, considering the hard life it's had , spares and consumables availability is good with fast delivery,Not the cheapest company but the machine quality and service we have received from all at esprit especially Laura has made this one of the best purchases the company has made, if/when we need any new machines I wouldn't hesitate to go back to esprit

We have now been running our Viper for 3 + years now, and though we had a few minor issues with the running of the machine at the start, the team at Esprit where always on hand to help us out and fix the issues.Service team are top notch and always willing to help even if its just a phone call to steer you in the correct direction.Would recommend the company and the Viper, its a brilliant machine.

Last month we had a new Esprit Multi-bevel machine installed in our Bridgend workshop. The Installation team did a great and so far we are very impressed with the cuts coming from the Hypertherm XPR300.Many thanks to Liam especially.
