I would not recommend after my recent experience. I have had to attend opticians since childhood and always felt comfortable and at ease with friendly approachable staff and I changed recently to this store however l certainly will not be returning in the future. I was extremely disappointed.

I'm almost 60, I've been a Contact lens wearer since I was 15, I've also lived abroad,developed eye problems in R.S.A. ( South Africa) due to high altitude ( oxygen starvation) aware of wearing time of lenses, found young lady for contact lenses hard to relate too. She is probably very knowledgeable in her field.

My eye test was on a Saturday and unfortunately I found the test disorganised and some staff very rude, and abrupt- not very helpful, I will not be having another eye test here - Axminster vision express

Following issues with the NHS the position was speedily addressed and new glasses arranged which have duly arrived. Brilliant! Awaiting details of new referral arrangements for a Cataract operation.

The best eye test I've ever had. Amazing staff, everyone so helpful and professional. Despite being busy they worked so hard to fit me in with a follow up appointment. Plus squeezing me in for a lesson in fitting and removing contact lenses. They were honest and patient when I was trying to find glasses. Thank you so much to them all.
