“Had trouble locating a parcel I had ordered for click and collect from theworks website that somehow ended up at a claires store instead. Was worried as I had Christmas presents for my daughters in the order so I phoned Claire's who were no help what so ever so phoned the works at green lanes and spoke to a really helpful gentleman called shane who personally went and collected my parcel for me from claires and took it back to the works store for me to collect. Thank you for helping a super stressed mum out !!.”

“What can I say, most Waterstones are very similar to one another. However, this one just seemed to have that little something that stood out.Plenty of genres to choose from and the staff were super friendly.”
