Always friendly staff and very helpful. Can't complain about the service there. Waiting times much shorter than the likes of the one in barnstaple town centre.

The problem with boots pharmacy, it's not the place or the staff, it's the severe shortage of staff on the counter, one person usually, not good enough when you have 12 people wanting, the lady 6 in front of me asked a question and it took 12 minutes to get her sorted, are you're staff trained? poor girl serving was really panicking under the pressure, for a national company not good enough

Very helpful, but need more staff and when they do get staff they need to keep hold of them , as in the last 18 months it's been very hectic for the staff . Now with Lloyds closing next door in Sainsbury's it's even more of a free for all . But I would go there and do you there as it's nice to have certain staff that no what medication you are on which is good considering the high foot traffic. Just bare with them and I'm sure that they will get more stable once they find or old manger comes bk from having a baby . You no who you are lol .

The Fremington Boots team are always so busy providing a much needed service in this community, and yet the pharmacist still politely and professionally made time to ensure my prescription and payment options were correct. I am used to the wait in the very understaffed store and with new housing in the area this essential local service really needs to be addressed.A great service from the team.

Not sure you can even call this a boots, it's run like a pharmacy. Waited for 20 minutes to buy something, not even pharmacy related, because they have 1 person running the pharmacy and the tills at the same time. Don't come here unless you have time to waste

Long queues every visit, seems to be the pharmacist that holds things up as prescription is never ready days after it should have been...very frustrating

Long queue as usual and when eventually served my pre booked monthly prescription was not available yet. Three days after after pick up date. Happens regularly. Many staff in the pharmacy but only one serving. Very disappointed.

One of the most disorganised, inefficient chemists I have had the misfortune to use, there is usually at least three staff in there, I?m not sure what they?re all doing but they are not dealing with the customers, In the past I have had to wait in a queue for an hour and I don?t think I have ever stood in the queue for less than 15 minutes, the prescription is never ready and I usually have to return numerous times before it is ?

I don?t normally blame staff as I know there is a shortage of pharmacists however there have been times multiple staff have been stood there doing nothing whilst the queue is out the door and one 1 person serving 1 person at a time. If the queues out the door there shouldn?t be shop assistant stacking shelf?s

Unusually poor and unpleasant service this morning. Waited ages to be made to feel like a codeine addict for wanting Sulpadeine. Its about time you trained your staff to be more pleasant to people they dont recognise

Helpful when you finally get to be served but no one speakers to you whilst you are waiting,which can be for ages! Just a 'Morning be with you asap' would be appreciated. The system for finding prescriptions is unfathomably, completely inefficient and very time consuming. Sorry to say I try to shop elsewhere which is a great shame as I like to shop locally. Boots need to sort this store out to make it more user friendly and efficient.
