Had great service for both diesel and LPG unfortunately LPG was not working last time I called and was told may not be repaired. As a member of Motor Caravan Club this was the only site ti get gas in the North Devon area and many of the MCC used them. Let's hope its repaired soon.

They are now refusing to take cash for many of the services. Will no longer use, very inconvenient not to accept legal tender. BOYCOTTED!

I have been using this service station regularly for a long time. The staff have always been brilliant. The toilet is never open at 4am but luckily I don?t need it at that time. It turns out I can no longer pay for fuel using my Allstar fuel card as this is the only BP service station that has cancelled that contract. Coffee it is then ?????

As a local and a self employed driver I quite often have to use the local garages and this bp has pretty much everything one needs however as a diabetic I need to use toilets quite frequently and as this boasts that it?s a 24hr service I?m horrified that they?re toilet facilities ( all 3 of them) are closed after 9pm with no exemptions and the only explanation is that none of the want to clean them??..seriously???

Friendly staff with toilets, a Subway inside and a wide range of goodies to pick up on your travels. Bit dearer than nearby supermarkets but I guess it is a services and their notoriously more expensive

Good petrol station with a good shop inside. Coffee machines, Subway, hot food section and even beach stuff. They even stock chrome cleaning products which is pretty cool.

LPG pump is so slow and considering the price is one of the highest in Devon for LPG it quite frankly is unacceptable. Exeter Services on the M5 is 20p a litre cheaper I can only assume this garage is a total rip off.

My husband used the jet wash and the brush was full of tar and it has left bits of tar all over the car and has scratched the paint work when trying to contact the BP station no answer , did not notice this until we got home ??.

I went here last week for LPG.. for my motorhome ,I was served by a scruffy rude woman with long greasy hair who was very unhelpful I asked for the phone number for the manager , She gave me a number on a piece of paper turned out to be no such number , I haven't forgotten about it and I will certainly be making a complaint about her to there head office.

This would have to rate as the worst run petrol station I have ever been to. Cars parked next to pumps where the drivers aren't there to get any petrol but rather sitting inside eating their Subways. One set of pumps out of order and so not much capacity. We waited 20 minutes behind cars that didn't move to fill up. We saw one car park next to a pump, the driver get out and go in and order an eat food inside. Another car sat vacant the whole time we were there, with the driver coming out just as we were leaving so he'd been inside for about 30 mins! Thought it had broken down. Staff couldn't care less when a comment was made. What a joke and it takes a lot to make me post a negative review!

You can only pay by cash to use the jet wash. I went in to ask if I could pay by card and they provide £2 coins but was advised that this was impossible.In the current climate I really think that the cashier should be more helpful here, not everyone has cash on them.Fortunately I went to the sainsburys half a mile away who helped me out instead.Not great customer service at all.

As a local, I pop in regularly to use the car wash. Last week, my battery died as I was queuing for the wash, leaving me stuck with several cars behind me. The owner, Rob, was incredibly helpful. Him and another member of staff pushed me through to a safe spot, and another member of staff kindly lent some jump leads so Rob could jump start my car. I was able to get home safely, without having to wait for someone to come and help, which was really appreciated in the cold weather! Great service - thank you!
