Good luck trying to get any help over the telephone. Unable to even talk to a real human, only get the electronic voice system and unless you?re issue fits exactly with their option, there no way it can help you. It will either put the phone down on you or send you a link to a live chat?but you guessed it not with and actual human but another electronic service which will not understand your specific questions

Poor stock - wanted to buy an oven . On display only to be told out of stock and no idea when it would be replenished.Then queued for over half an hour to return an unopened ps5 due to a lack of staff unable to work on the returns desk as they were not part of that team ( which consisted of one person) 2- 3 people behind the till at any one time despite no one buying anything. One walking the shop Floor.To be fair one chap told us he would be with us as soon as he finished his lunch.If curry?s insist on staff a shop so poorly they might want to look at their labour model to sort out wait times that are quite frankly ridiculous.

Very useless, brought 2 Xbox x with the game call of duty 3, recieved the Xbox but not game so went into store to sort it out to be told it was stolen so had to go through the list and stolen thing, to have been over a month and they still haven?t sorted, it still currently waiting for it to be sorted, keep popping in and calling up but still nothing they can do, and that?s over £100 down the drain on a game, to what they new had been stolen and isn?t the first time either.They have gone right down hill, wouldn?t recommend this store if you can get it somewhere else

Lukas was amazing couldn?t have been a better salesman, seemed as though he knew all the products inside out. Will definitely go back just to talk to him. Was a smashing lad, highly recommend anyone going in to talk to Lukas because he was amazing

Was not a good experience, made us wait 45 minutes to find out that they didn't have what we wanted. Staff looked like they didn't know what they were doing and even the manager couldn't help us because they didn't know the pass key to the warehouse.

It's an excellent place for buying household appliances. I bought a large fridge freezer recently. The sales assistant was excellent and processed our order quickly. I also paid a small charge for them to take our old fridge freezer away. Recommended.

Not very impressed. Went in with my elderly Mum to buy a tablet. A young lad did come up and asked if we wanted any help, We asked a couple of questions which he didn't know the answer to. She decided on one. When a sales assistant eventually came over there were none in stock. Staff seemed disinterested in helping. Bought one on Amazon in the end. Maybe it was a bad day.
