“Had trouble locating a parcel I had ordered for click and collect from theworks website that somehow ended up at a claires store instead. Was worried as I had Christmas presents for my daughters in the order so I phoned Claire's who were no help what so ever so phoned the works at green lanes and spoke to a really helpful gentleman called shane who personally went and collected my parcel for me from claires and took it back to the works store for me to collect.
