Easy Bathrooms Barnstaple: great quality product and Aiden is a very thoughtful designer. Where an incorrect unit arrived they refunded immediately. There's a great selection and their 'Sale Discount' (I was lucky with timing) was generous. However their 'company policy' of over ordering the floor tiles by 2X boxes at £80. per box without my consent and point blank refusal to take back, (the excuse given, 'that each batch varies' - and as pointed out by a seasoned property developer- that would be irrelevant given how light bounces off flooring anyway), was an expensive write off.My fitter said at the point of collection it was way too many tiles.They said it's company policy to over order 2 boxes (11 tiles per box) to allow for breakage.Considering only one tile was used from one of the boxes, which I accept as my problem, that would have been plenty spare. To have two further boxes at £80 per box left over I feel is profiteering.

I wouldn?t use again. We ordered the wrong size shower door from them and tried to change it. Because it had come from a third party supplier they wouldn?t change it automatically. After nearly three weeks of sending them photos to show it was unmarked, and that the box was unmarked they still refused to change it. Worse still, days went by when nothing happened. It took more than a week to get their head office to decide they would approach the supplier! Very poor quality service.

Fantastic bathroom displays in a big 2 storey showroom. So much to choose from and very helpful staff.
