Who replied quickly to say that my order would be dealt with in a rota system that had been devised to supply goods to customers via their lorry fleet and drivers. It arrived at a given time, all neatly packed on a pallet. Drivers were brilliant.No wonder I've been going to RGB for so many years.”

We were able to change a few things, add a few more bits. Extremely professional service. Sophie was extremely knowledgeable. “Typical homebase, although the website suggested they had stock.. Went in to buy and it wasn't an item they stocked. A little frustrating!On checking the website again it seems it gives an option for click and collect if it's there, just removes the option of its not in stock.”

Laura contacted us by e-mail (on a Sunday evening) to check that’s what we intended (it wasn’t) and gave us alternative options.Absolutely first-class followup customer service, esp. as it was our error.
