I find the staff here quite rude and judgemental. The store also doesn?t stock many plus sizes and the blonde girl had a judgemental look when I asked if they had a size 20. It doesn?t cost anything to be nice.

Staff literally make you feel like an inconvenience if you request something they don?t want to do. What happened to helpful Friendly service! Also one of the girls rolled her eyes, obviously didn?t think I?d notice- there were no other customers in store you?d think you?d get better service. For this reason I brought the rest of my stuff online.

Staff in here are rude, and seem truly stuck up I don't understand why river island wants to employ people like this. Not only that the shop isn't exactly clean and as always the clothes are over priced for what they are. That being said its hard enough to shop for male clothing in barnstaple let alone going into a shop that you feel unwelcome in.
