Kinda disappointed in the Royal Mail lately. Paid for first class postage, turns out our mail man was on holiday this week and the guy covering had his day off on Saturday so we didn?t get our mail until the following Monday. So much for a ?Guaranteed Service?. Won?t ever be paying for 1st class EVER again as this has happened more than once now. Lost for words?.:(

Terrible service. How can you deliver an addressed parcel through the wrong door and send me a picture of the wrong door. unreal. Surely a prerequisite of the job is to be accurate.

Why it's open only 6 hours a day?! And why from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. - the most inconvenient hours for anyone who work. How I suppose to pick up my parcel?

Seam to be in here all the time to collect parcels. Staff always very friendly and efficient.Open hours are some what random and never seam to be the same which is a pain.

Was expecting a parcel to arrive by 8pm on 29/10/22 but it didn?t arrive, on 30/10/22 I got a message to say they had attempted delivery at 10.31 there had been no doorbell rung, door knocked cos the dogs would have barked! and the red card was not even in the post box attached to the letterbox it was pushed inside the letterbox between the outside and inside flap! So if I hadn?t been looking for it it would have stayed there until today, by which time I would have missed the 2 hour opening times of the delivery office! As a rule I have never had a problem with Royal Mail deliveries but I?m not psychic if you don?t ring the doorbell how am I meant to know you?re trying to deliver my parcel?

Rubbish, I fail to understand how this company can deliver a small parcel from Yorkshire to Barnstaple, Devon in day. Then the following day fail to deliver it to its destination, which is only 10 minutes walking distance away from the delivery office. To add to this after calling in to the office to collect the the parcel twice. Only to be told that it had been returned to the office as they could not find access to the address. To top it off they did a search but could not find it, said they would look into this further, if we would leave a contract number would ring later and give us an update. Of course this didn't happen.Leaving me still awaiting for a delivery or an update.

Went to collect a parcel - parking nearby but had to be quick as it wasn?t worth paying for an hour. The sorting office was quick, just took a couple of minutes to get my parcel.

I had one of those cards through the door saying they couldn?t deliver a parcel. I took it here and they quickly and politely exchanged it for the parcel. 4 stars as while they were polite, helpful and generally good there wasn?t a flare and passion for parcels I?ve come to expect.

Well if I could give minus stars i would. its not the people its the service. I sent an international parcel on 3 days delivery 2 months ago, its still sitting in the UK sorting office, i have spent 3 weeks on the claims portal and now parcelforce seem to have lost my claim for refund also so i have ot start again, not one apology as yet. i resent another parcel using DHL and it was there within 36 hours - no brainer !! Dont use these people they have no idea what they are doing, they should all retrain at DHL to see how its done.

Only whent to pick up a parcel.So can only base my review on that.No problem with staff or locationHowever very unhappy with the covid opening hours that are still in place..To be clear I don't have a issue with waiting or social distancingBut do have an issue with the operating times that are still operating like we are in lockdown.Time to go back to your pre lock down opening times Royal mail.

Our local royal mail and its staff are always really nice, deliver regularly and have worked hard during the pandemic! However the pick up point for undelivered mail is very restrictive with it opening times, just 2 hours most days and closed Wednesday and Sundays.

Been overcharged he measured air nearly 6.00 for two lighweight items second class discusting sent heavier parcels for 3.oo something did mention it but behind the counter totally ignored me wont send anything from bideford again westward ho much better
