Cant fault the staffs politeness, but a 30 second delivery should not take an hour and a half.

They have not shown up twice when materials have been ordered which means that the job booked cannot be started. Totally unreliable.

I phoned the store before ordering online to check date of delivery could be met. It could so I ordered gravel. Took a day off work, travelled 2 hours to get there to wait for delivery to find delivery date could not be met. Really disappointed with this.

Ive not had alot of luck with TP Barnstaple - If you want something, you may have to phone them two or three times before you actually get it. They have been tardy with ordering and issuing refunds, had to chase multiple times.
