I very disappointed with boots the lovely Sophie at northam doctors phoned up boots the rude man said he was too busy to sort out my medication very unprofessional as I diabetic and need my medication thanx to Arnold's chemist in westward ho they had my medication ready in half an hour the older man that works at boots is very rude man shouldn't be working in there has no people skills

The service that we've had from this pharmacy is so poor. It may be that they are overwhelmed, but the issues that surround the service at this pharmacy are just unforgivable.

It's always so busy and chaotic. Maybe not enough staff or needs expanding to meet the expanding community. Maybe more efficient systems could be implemented as staff struggle to find prescriptions when ready.

What's the point in having a telephone number and not answer it... I know these busy times But need to speak to the pharmacist as my elderly dad is unwell and the doctors receptionist said we gave to wait till Thursday for a phone call . What is going on with the NHS....

I have call boots 3 times and been disconnected.They never answer the phones and I work for a living so can?t just pop in like others ( shocking)Answer your phones, what?s the point having one

Family member needed some over the counter medication. Closing time states 6.30pm. Arrived at 6.25pm. Doors already locked. Knocked the door but no-one answered. If you want to go home at 6.30 then state you close at 6.15! Not only a waste of my time and fuel but now gave to see if we can go somewhere else!

Poor service - an hour wait and advised to go else where as they didn?t know if they couldn?t fulfil it in time before they closed. Said stock wasn?t an issue, People are put on Antibiotics for a reason and I had a temp of 38.9 and a heart rate of 140. Last thing I needed to do was to drive up to Asda. Greeted very rudely by pharmacist and assistant when I asked for a copy of my token to take to Asda - in the end went to the GP?s opposite and got it straight away and Asda did in 5 mins. As a dispenser myself I understand things take time but there is no compassion for poorly patients. Work on your people skills ?

Well disappointed with these. I have my regular prescription sent here and they constantly miss off one important tablet from it. First of all they said it was the doctors fault and was batted away. So i then had to contact the surgery who informed me that it was sent to boots. On going back to boots - at first they said it was not there - then amazingly they found it.I told them it was a important regular monthly prescription as prescribed by the doctor. All sorted i thought - wrong - just opened my latest bag and guess what ?- they are not there. So annoying as now the tablet i must take every morning i am out of.Very shabby service

Popped in on the fly as a carer in the community to pick up a prescription and enquired about flu jab. Was given it straight away no waiting. Amazing service and very friendly team!
