And then you go around as many times within your slot, generally about an hour.A lot of time on your knees, wetsuit has padding. I wasn't cold at all. Very slippery. Staff all there to give your tips and inspire you along to have fun!They had some music on today in the background.Take your phone for photos and videos. Sometimes they have a professional photographer.Take some packed lunch. Or they have a tiny shop. We had a pasty and drink.We then did the high ropes course.So you want dry clothes and dry shoes preferably although ny sheos were soaked and make it fine.Wear some comfortable clothes and they give you a harness and helmet. They do all the checks to ensure the kit is applied properly.There is a low course and a high course to choose.You get hooked on one at a time and then follow each other around. For adults great although still scary, for children those who have confidence and are adventurous in my opinion.I made it around but it was hard. Take your time. The staff are all encouraging.I am glad I did this and will be booking again for a fun day out ?Spectators also welcome.”
