As a regular user of this pharmacy I?ve watched it go from fine to awful to worse to acceptable. Now they?re acceptable, within the parameters of every other pharmacy in the UK (which is not good) but the worst thing is the amazing oscillating lunch hour. Is it at 12pm? 2pm? Or maybe 1.30pm? The only way you can find out is by coming to the front of the actual premises. They don?t publicise it on their website because that wouldn?t make any sense would it. Plan to avoid the lunch hour - too bad if you?re working that day I guess. Oh ?well?!

Would be zero mist a major tablet of a presciption which was definately ordered.Never got any staff very rarely open.Will definately change pharmacy have spent 2 hours trying to contact themNo excuse supposed to be open until 5.30pm

I have read the reviews and unfortunately I have to agree with all the one star negative scores.The staff are really nice, courteous and helpful, I genuinely sympathise with them.To save a lot of time going to this (Un-Well) pharmacy only to discover that your prescription has not been dispensed even though you know for a fact that it has been sent by your doctor, you phone them!Forget it, end of they simply cut you off.Whoever is running the (NOT-Well franchise needs a kick up the (you know where), and then the sack.

The pharmacist identified via a hand photo that I had an infection and needed antibiotics.This was spot on, antibiotics via online doctor and now on the mend.

The poor staff in this chemist are trying to run a sinking ship. 3rd pharmacist in a week today and only 1 other member of staff. I feel so sorry for them. They do not have time to answer the phone let alone make up electronically ordered prescriptions. My wait today almost 30 mins.The shop is untidy, shelves are half empty with stock all over the till area.'Well' you need to pull your finger out and get some staff before the ones you do have leave with stress. Not quite sure where the 2 familiar assistants have disappeared to maybe their mental health has already been comprimised by working in totally unacceptable conditions.Sadly I have now moved chemists as my urge to jump over the counter and help them is too strong.

Trying to ring from Thursday it is now Tuesday no one will answer the phone,medical centre also sent an urgent request for prescription to be delivered that was also on Thursday still not been delivered as of Tuesday dreadful service I rang head office and made an official complaint

Lovely staff in a run down old Boots shop. They know me well and always call me by my name. Sometimes you wait but each customer gets paid attention too. It's a pharmacy and it's a good one.

Worst shop EVER. stood there wauting with quitea few other 'customers' for about 10 minutes apparently invisible while you can hear plenty of talking going on and not a lot else seemingly .. Went to superdrug paid 50p more but actually got served.
