Every time I?ve been down to collect a prescription there is a sign on the door to say that they have closed early that day or closed for some other reason during the day (I always go during the opening hours but they?re always closed!). Very frustrating when you?ve made a special trip or finished work early to go there! Especially when you really need the prescription! Would be helpful if they had opening hours that they could actually stick to rather than just keep sticking a sign on the door to say they are closed early again!

Thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff at the Braunton Lloyds pharmacy yesterday. We?re currently on holiday in Braunton and my father unfortunately left his prescription drugs at home, we were so upset and anxious however after contacting our own GP surgery back home, the team at Lloyd?s were so supportive and helpful and made sure we went back with our prescription. They were very thorough and organised. I can thoroughly recommend this pharmacy, we were so grateful for your help. Thank you

Not great, website says closes at 6pm. Got to door at 4:57 and they turned me away as there was people inside the shop. Shop security pointed me to the door that said 5pm and I showed him the website and highlighted it was not even 5pm but this mattered not to the outfit. Get your closing times sorted as this seems a common theme with this pharmacy. Turns out if I would have got to the counter my experience would not have improved by the reviews.

Went to attend my flu jab today which had been booked since 12th October. After being asked to go into the side room, then told they had no flu jabs available. "We should have rung you" was about as apologetic as it got, general tone in communication was insulting. Now trying elsewhere.

Never in my life have I seen customer service like it. Lost my prescription said they would call me back to which they did not. Went back the next day to which I did, and they are closed due to no staff. You could not make this up.

Just wanted some Covid masks but after queueing for 20 minutes there was confusion between the staff if they actually had any masks. Final answer was they had no masks. If I lived in this village for sure I would not use this pharmacy.

Doesn't anyone appreciate the volume of people this pharmacy has to accommodate the staff are run off their feet I have never known any of them to be rude or unfriendly and with some customers they have to deal with it must be extremely difficult its not their fault they don't have enough staff to cope look at the size of the shop its ridiculous I for one appreciate what they do thank you to all the staff Mary

Very busy but staff are polite, cheerful and super helpful. My prescription is usually ready, if not they?re always happy to do it while I wait.

Wouldn't even get a 1 in my book. Manager beth in there rude. They had my medication weeks refused to do dossette box despite having them years apparently having mental health doesn't fit criteria yet it's been authorised through a gp. Then called me rude for being annoyed and refused to dispense any of my medication. Gave me a dud number for her boss. Think if I hadn't of gone mad for my children's medication they'd of refused a duty of care for them also. Avoid this place at all cost. Unprofessional establishment who's just refused medication for a cancer patient with mental health, heart conditions and diabetes. Had the audacity to tell me to buy my medication over the counter. I can confirm my medication is not held over the counter Beth and I urge you to maybe look into medications before rudely giving this advice to state your a pharmacist. Nhs England will be handling this. Thank you very much and never again. Worst pharmacy I've ever come across.

Giving one star is being generous. They never answer the telephone. I have called countless times to check on something to save going and standing in a queue. Last time I gave up ringing and went and queued for over an hour. They have got it all so wrong.

Sat waiting for a prescription for an hour...like watching Fawlty Towers. An unorganised mess. Staff are badly trained which is the responsibility of higher management at Lloyds. I'm sure that they will blame Covid again.
