Done 3 online assessments in the last 10 days and for in the same day for me and my son. Excellent care and excellent speed for appointments given. Really great we started at this surgery.

Sub standard health care lied about not having results yet the other people showed us the sent email report called the surgery Infront of us then it was miraculously found but had gone 10 days of them telling us it wasn't there. Ridiculously hard to get an appointment what on earth is going on your playing with people's health?

Awful service told me they hadn't received my report and was lost in there system email after the scan department called them they mystically found them by magic no sorry after telling us 10 times they didn't have it then to top it off it takes 3 weeks for a Dr to give me results they have already sat on for 7 days so 4 weeks to do something that originally was 5-10 days unbelievably bad service compass house really poor

Excellent service everytime I go allways quick with appointments and polite and never take any chances with anything I received a referral very quick and nothing is to much trouble the drts will always call aswellI am very thankful to you all for good service and taking your time with me.Kind regardsTammie?Can we also give all the team at compass house a massive thankyou for keeping us all safe with this coronavirus I have faith in the public health that we will be well looked after?Thankyou ian for all you are doing for me.

Extremely difficult to get an appointment! "Computer says no" attitude!My experience was a non caring, we are very busy type ethos.I am a retired nurse and recovering from cancer - I expected a little more compassion! Decided enough was enough.......Moved to Corner Place - who are excellent.

My experience of this place is shockingYes the majority of staff there are absolutely outstanding at their jobs ,However I?ve worked for the nhs for pretty much 30 years of my life and well I haven?t been feeling well for ages , I approached them and yes certain doctors have helped but I never saw any one in person for 7 months .I phoned up crying because I couldn?t take it anymore and got told I had to wait so with THEIR advice call 111 . They had to tell my doctors to see me .And when I was seen I was spoken to rudely , I got told by the doctor himself he has had a bad day he?s hungry or hangry as he put it and when I called 111 people like me put more pressure on them . I understand that pressure I worked for the nhs .I asked what can I do about it and he responded by telling me I have to learn to live with it . Then off I went with him saying What a day !!!O and he didn?t even check my temperature or blood pressure even though I had a rash .

After waiting nearly a week for a pharmacist to call due to chronic itching from Psoriasis and hives, I was prescribed an antihistamine.Please review my records before wasting time a I have been taking antihistamines for the last 14 years and have just finished a course of steroids for the same reason. Guess I will phone again tomorrow......

We cannot praise Compass House, & particularly Ian Parsonage, enough for the care we received. My husband's knee was incredibly painful & swollen, & after phoning at 8am, was given an appointment with Ian at 9.30. He prescribed pain relief & organised an immediate blood test. He was extremely professional & caring in every aspect of our care, & even rang back the following day with the test results, & suggested ringing Rheumatology at Torbay hospital. Well done Ian & Compass House, & thankyou!

My husband was seen by Ian (Nurse Practioner) last Friday. After somewhat of a battle to be seen - we were dealt with so professionally - he answered any questions we had and gave us advice accordingly. His attitude was very pleasing and professional and put us at ease - he gave us time which we appreciated. My husband is a transplant patient, has had a stroke and has many other health issues and sometimes to be reassured things are ok is all that is needed. Thankyou Ian !
