Could not deliver to my address even though it clearly states on our two flats what flat is what. Couldn?t speak to anyone and waited 40 minutes just to be cut off. Disgusting they should have the ?Royal ? dropped from their title

absolute joke. No wonder people use other delivery services. At least you receive your parcels (via neighbours/ or safe place). Tried to pick up parcel on Monday (closed) limited hours - can only select redelivery once updated on their tracking system....... Wont be purchasing anything using royal mail

Only time I could pick up due to keyworker hours. Will no longer send or receive parcels via Royal Mail. 1 penny outfit

The sorting office is at the back of the building and there is a post box at the front.
