Not the level of service I would expect from an Apple Store. Had to wait 30 minutes to buy a new IPhone Pro and then the salesperson didn?t transfer data before wiping my trade-in and taking it away. Is this now normal for Apple??

This Christmas 2023 my wife purchase one of the new Apple blacks I have been a user of Apple products for many years now. I know with this time I had an iMac to MacBook pros. 3. iPads three phones. I was just saying thank you to the assistant at Exeter April. Princess Hayes who masses so hotter than a new problem on my new iMac on the problem was the main adaptor would not charge the computer. The computer is very nice. You work as well. The problem was with the adaptor. It would not there any current through or talk to the iMac. The assistant that gave me help with dry helpful and I look forward to using my iMac in the future in my video making and in the process of my art. Thank you to Apple. Princess Hayes, Devon, UK ??

Scammers... Avoid at all cost... Overpriced products that are designed to break then the repairs are overpriced... I closed my macbook one night and woke up with the smallest defect in the screen... Brought it to apple they said there were multiple cracks in screen when I went to pick it up and attempted to charge me 830...abandoned laptop not worth having apple products... Scammers

Wasted a whole day and 110 mile round trip for apple to use a tiny crack on my screen as an excuse to not fix my earpiece on a known issue with iPhone 12 pros.Very poor Communication and clearly using any excuse to try and get me to pay for a commonly known apple fault.Rubbish!!

My uncle bought a MacBook Air and did a collection from the store. Staff have very poor communication, he was told to go upstairs then someone told him to go downstairs and then when he said he was asked to come up the staff member made it seems like he was an inconvenience. After spending £1000 you expect decent customer service. Once he finally received his MacBook he wanted help setting it up as it would be his first Apple device, the staff members didn?t ask if he needed help or anything else. Very poor service and don?t think we will come back to this store, better to go to Bristol or Plymouth than here unless things drastically improve in the apple experience given here. The MacBook Air is great though that?s why 2 stars

Absolutely appalling customer service apple have. 3 phone calls with a senior customer service representative, twice they made appointments for call backs and didn?t keep them. Not to mention the fact they are refusing to repair the AirPods under their own repair program. So so disappointing.
