The Bike Shed team were absolutely brilliant and in the space of 15 minutes, our problem was solved. Literally no problem too small. Excellent service.”

“I had lost my front number plate on my way to London. Carl the member of staff that served me was great, initially we thought that the only documentation they could take was a V5, however after explaining my situation, Carl decided to see if there was anything else they could accept to purchase the number plate. After a bit of searching he found we could use alternative documentation that I had available and I was able to buy the number plate and continue with my journey. That’s customer service. Others would have turned me away claiming they could only do it with something I didn’t have on me. However Carl put in the extra time and work to find a solution which I really really appreciated. Had a good chat and a laugh, and he was very helpful with regards to advice on which shoes to get for which terrain. It is by far the best customer service I have ever had in Sports Direct. Employees genuinely caring for the customer they are serving makes the experience so much better. Excellent service.”
