From arriving and the initial health check member of staff, to the optometrist (A. Yusaf) and the Student Dispensing Optician (Charlene Pablo) I had the most fabulous customer service I have ever experienced whilst shopping for optical wear. Charlene went above and beyond the bounds of customer service by practically bringing almost every pair of frames in the building for me to try on. Her patience and kindness was never faltering and her explanation and technical knowledge of all things optical was outstanding! Charlene and her colleagues made this experience more palatable because of their kindness and attention to the customers need and expectations. Thank you Charlene and team!!

I recently bought a pair of glasses (October) from Boots as I have done for many years. Unfortunately, something went wrong and my new glasses made me feel nauseous, I had problems reading and seeing at distance. After three weeks of I contacted the branch I got an appointment to try and remedy the situation. Well I was met by Charlene Pablo a trainee dispensing optician who could done enough for me. She check my eye sight, she listened intently to my problems, she helped choose some new frames, prescribed new lenses and spent a great deal of time measuring to ensure that this time my new glasses would fit and work as they should. Excellent service throughout, also friendly and very professional, a real credit to the company.

I was offered an extra detailed eye scan which I accepted. I have been coming to Boots Exeter for over a decade and always receive expert attention. This time there was no need to change my subscription and I was reassured that at my age so far there are no immediate worries.

I had an amazing customer experience with Chaz at Boots Opticians on High Street in Exeter. I hadn't been to an optician in years and, having lost my glasses, I arrived at the appointment empty-handed.When Chaz approached me, her lovely smile and friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease. She walked me through the steps, explaining the benefits of upgrading my eye exam to ensure there were no underlying issues.I felt completely trusting of her incredible knowledge and guidance. After a short wait, my exam began and fortunately, my eye health was good. Chaz then helped me pick out frames, meticulously measuring for both comfort and style. She is certainly an expert on lenses, so I opted for the best, recognizing it as a worthy investment.To summarize the rest of the experience, I felt relaxed, shared some laughs, and learned new facts about vision that day. In these times of social awkwardness and impatience, I experienced a quality of customer care rarely demonstrated. I hope her employers treasure her and use her talents as a benchmark for training others in exceptional customer service.
