My girlfriend visited this garage today to hoover her car. The money got stuck in the machine and therefore the hoover wouldn't work. When she went to tell the person working in the garage he flat out refused to help and just laughed in her face.

Disgusting paid £5 for carwash...no foam showed attendent his answer ive sold 10 already. Showed him dirt and dust still on my car absolutely no interest at all .

Went into BP this morning at 02.15 had already got 4 bars on petrol and just lifted the model to put in and within a few seconds it had put 53.00 in no way did this happen it only went up 3 bars complained but I felt horrible for the man taking money becouse I refused to sign a piece of paper saying I would pay and Not letting him keep my driving licence he said he would have to pay it so I left but went back to pay so I'm complaining this way and I will also be complaining to bp by rights the pump should be out of service until they get to check it

Terrible person behind the petrol station with a very bad and aggressive character, this Indian or Pakistani national clerk who had yesterday 15th June 2021 working at 07.30 am. Very aggressive and violent man kicked me out of the toilet after the back door was open and many people were going in and out of that door. This type of person should not live among humans and should attend education and relationship classes with other human beings. I don't recommend stopping at this Exeter BP petrol station.

Chahing £6 for 2 litres of de ionised water when should of been pennies , sadly family member didn't know till they brought it to me and they didn't even give receipt so can't return it , clearly scammed

I have been using the garage for last few years and the staff really friendly and specially the person who works during the day always friendlyToday I went to get my electricity and this guy in front of me having his bicycle inside the shop and staff member ask him to put the bike out side and this guy start swearing at him so bad and even staff try to explain and he was having non of it !Then another guy behind me start talking to this person and told him to move his bike and not to swear at the staff !I felt for the guy behind the till ! He was actually looked shocked ! I don?t think anyone would be treated like this ! Best thing is to put some signs up for people who doesn?t have common sense

Terrible, £4 (second option) for no wax, no rinse just spread the dirt on it. Rollers barely touching the car only noticable once dried and miles away. Avoid.

My car broke down at this Garage and the teller whilst at first was a little unhelpful then saw how frustrated I was getting and made me a cup of tea and gave me a snack. He was ending his shift and doing a stock take at the time hence his distraction but he came through in the end and it changed my mood so thanks mate, good on ya.

Well run, professional atmosphere, be sure to try the car wash its platinum wash, full wax does the job at half the cost of a hand car wash with no worry of scratches or any other human error 5â??â??â??â??â??

Worst customer service ever bought an instant Supagrill BBQ from this business for £7.49 and it did not burn longer than 30 minutes, went back to ask for my money back or another one only to be told to come back the next day and speak to the manager.
Inconvenience after inconvenience.
Never buying anything from this business and their poor customer service.

Fuel prices are fine but customer service is terrible. There is currently a till operator called George who is the worst cashier I have ever dealt with. He never speaks during the payment process and when he has to return your loyalty card etc he just nonchalantly chucks it across the counter and that's it end of transaction. Despite the fuel stations close proximity to my house I will be using other petrol stations where the customer service is better.
