Customer service is none existent. Problem with our carpet after a year down. They don't want to know. Will buy another elsewhere. CARPET WRONG, NEVER AGAIN!

Contrary to some of the reviews here, my experience dealing with Carpetright has been first class. The knowledgeable staff were obliging and helpful from the outset. The top quality laminate was supplied and laid on time and by extremely competent contracted fitters. My only regret is not using them on previous occasions. Fit for Purpose!

Lovely staff who are unfortunately completely ineffectual at supplying a carpet. I'll spare the exact details suffice to say ordered mid-Jan 2017, missed deliveries/fitting dates, poor quality carpet returned to manufacturer and still waiting for a 4x4m carpet to be fitted 3 1/4 months later. Makes me wonder if I ordered some special carpet being knitted by magical fairies in a distant land. Which is probably more likely than me seeing any covering on our daughters floor in the near future. Haven't even been able to reply to my emails. Advice - choose carefully friends and think twice.
