“It's a lovely shop, but due to lack of lift, if you have issues with stairs, you cant get up there. But the reason I've still given them 4 stars is because if you need something from upstairs, do ask a member of staff for what you are looking for and they will go upstairs and bring it to you, if there is a selection they will bring them for you to choose.”

(A very kind staff member let me use their phone to call another very kind staff member who had my phone that had just been handed in!)”

“Yes things are a pound,but many more items tend to be 2,3 or 5 pounds and more.Some items are worth getting but as a rule its worth checking if its cheaper somewhere else.Bear in mind certain lines come and go and might not be replaced for a while.”
