“I had lost my front number plate on my way to London. Carl the member of staff that served me was great, initially we thought that the only documentation they could take was a V5, however after explaining my situation, Carl decided to see if there was anything else they could accept to purchase the number plate. After a bit of searching he found we could use alternative documentation that I had available and I was able to buy the number plate and continue with my journey. That’s customer service. Others would have turned me away claiming they could only do it with something I didn’t have on me. However Carl put in the extra time and work to find a solution which I really really appreciated. “We always park in the car park, that is close to John Lewis, in Exeter. We always go in for something. They have a ice cafe on the top floor, plus multi use toilets on some floors. They sell a good range of products across the board and it is always good quality.”

“We visited the store to look at hoovers as ours had broken slightly, we weren't in a great hurry to purchase a new one but wanted to see what they had in store. We were approached by Dean who was really friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. Dean told us about the items we were looking at and even showed us a better value product on his tablet. As the product wasn't on display, he brought the hoover out from the back for us too look at. Dean really went out of his way to assist us and we ended up purchasing the hoover. Thank you!”
