Great range of goods. We went to look at wardrobes after using their online design tool, which was helpful.

Well if you're not in a hurry and you don't mind strolling around lots of kitchen, bathroom and sitting room layouts, all very tastefully done, this is a place where half a day flies by. It's hard to believe how so much is displayed in the area available, still leaving space to walk around. For me personally it was a relief to see the tills and exit in the distance, I knew we were nearly done. One thing missing is a few chairs in each 'setting' so that partners can sit and relax while the other partner browses. You will end up buying something, if nothing else, meatballs. Plant based and vegetable balls are available ?

Our first visit in years. Wow nothing has changed, the same old furniture and designs that have been for sale for decades. The only difference now is that the prices have increased way out of the original affordable range that IKEA used to be famous for...

After settling down in the food hall to eat our lunch the cleaning staff started to brush under our table (mainly brushing my trainers) whilst we were trying to eat! Very rude and made us uncomfortable. Food however was lovely and the guy serving the food was lovely and vibrant too.

Used to love this Ikea, but the past couple of times I?ve been, I?ve not been sure why they employ any staff. Just went to the self service, 2 members of staff faffing around on their headsets. The man in front of me walked away and hadn?t paid for his items, could?ve been a mistake, but I told the staff and pointed him out because he was still within reaching distance, but all they did was look around all flustered and carried on messing with their headsets, by the time they?d cancelled the order on the till, he was still in view, one of them could have easily gone and let him know his payment hadn?t worked, but no, they both just stood at the machine like neither of them knew what they were doing. 3rd member of staff turned up and went the complete opposite way of what I was telling them. No thank you for letting them know, nothing. Isn?t their only job at those self services to help with any problems and check that people are scanning all their items?? Absolutely useless. I?m not the sort of person that usually would bring something like that up, but I genuinely believe this was a mistake on the customers part and he?d just not noticed it hadn?t gone through, but the staff did absolutely nothing, so what?s the point having them there? Makes it so easy for people to do the same in future and just not bother paying if no one?s going to bother to check.Stock was also awful, came in for 2 items that are still advertised on the shop floor and had neither of them actually in stock.

Had a great time. My first time to visit an IKEA Store. Lots of design to choose from. Spent more time at kitchen/ware dept. They offer a wide range of simple, well-designed, and affordable furnishing solutions all under one roof. Worth the trip. Prices are reasonable.I love their meatballs ??They offer different kinds of foods at IKEA Bistro. Great quality for the price.

The staff in the restaurant are genuinely some of the nicest people. We were coming back to Cornwall from Southampton after a funeral so stopped off at IKEA for food rather than the services as it would be cheaper and the youngest loves pasta. They were so friendly and squeezed us in just before they shut. The rainbow cake was lush!
