“We were served by Liang and I enquired about a Vivienne Westwood watch, she kindly explained they don't stock it but she was happy to order it in. Instead I picked a lovely Hugo Boss ladies watch from the instore cabinet and the customer service from Liang was excellent. The watch was packaged beautifully and we took out insurance too, all details regarding the watch and aftercare was explained to us.”

“Ordered a wedding ring through them, arrived fairly quickly but didn't get a call to say arrived so popped in the day before my anniversary in the hope it arrived, luckily it had. Took it back with 2 days to get a different size and was assured I would get a call, 2 months later I get a call while I was out so popped in on way home. Two ladies there, the one that served us was unnecessarily awkward wanting order numbers and receipts, after explaining a number of times you just called me her colleague helped and found it in seconds. Service hit n miss each time tbh”
