4 adults 2 children. No free tables downstairs due to 2 young girls on the only 8 person table. When we tried to sit at the end they weren?t using they spread out. So we carried the buggy upstairs where it was almost empty and there was more space. No lift so we were completely out of breath when we got up there. I searched the buildingfor high chairs. There were 2 already occupied downstairs. A dodgy bulb upstairs. When they brought our food it was all stone cold and the top of my Big Mac bun was burnt on one side and chewy. I asked if they had high chairs to which they said ?no I don?t think so? We won?t be coming back to this one. I do not recommend! Our drinks were all good ?

Poor food quality, meal was stone cold. No highchairs for our children which made for a very uncomfortable, difficult and stressful dining experience. Staff were rude and wanted to do little to help. Lights upstairs are flickering. Worst McDonald's experience I've had.

I ordered 3 meals as a treat for myself and my grandchildren on Friday. We got completely the wrong order! All we could get was a refund. My autistic grandchild was VERY upset that she didn't get chicken nuggets or a toy. My other grandchild doesn't like burgers hence why she also wanted chicken nuggets. I ordered a large big mac meal.We got a big mac with no additions, a quarter pounder with no additions, mozzarella things, 4 chips and 3 fizzy drinks.We ate the chips. What a treat that was!My grandchildren and I don't drink fizzy.I'm not sure I shall be ordering again.Beyond disappointed.P.S. try being in a room with an autistic child having a bloody meltdown. It's not fun.

Ordered from the high street through uber eats (have also contacted them) and not only was the delivery late, most of the order did not arrive and the bits that did were cold. Presumably because it was sat on the side waiting for a change of delivery driver. (According to the uber eats app)

Everyone loves McDonald's, the service is good...but the food isn't up to very much, very calorific and largely tasteless. Ironically the best thing they do is their chicken wraps, which are done much better at KFC or Taco Bell...or frankly, just about anywhere!Always overcrowded, overly popular with very young children (who know no better), noisy and difficult to find a seat most of the time, I've genuinely no idea why anyone would put themselves through this, when there are so many much cheaper and MUCH better alternatives?

Not the best atmosphere. Food as you'd expect and friendly, helpful staff. One team member retrieved a fork for my partner's salad as it had been forgotten.
