DO NOT USE OPTICAL EXPRESS! Absolutely awful experience with the Exeter office, purposely pushed my aftercare over the 1 year mark so I?d have to pay, not returning calls, cancelling appointments, not sending contact lenses after I?d just paid £5k to be contact lense and glasses free! What was supposed to be life changing, turned into a nightmare! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

This optometrist, Sara Khani, was rude, combative and defensive, in my experience, it appeared that she had her corporate script and would not tolerate questions. She was not in it to service the customer. I say, stay away. I asked her how long she had been an optometrist and after evading the questions several times, she asked me what I did for a living.Turns out, after pressed, she was licensed in 2022. No problem but why be evasive and what did my profession have to do with it. I'm not here in a professional capacity, you are. Is it a crime to ask about you when I'm relying on your profession opinion about whether to have surgery? Absolutely unprofessional!

I had both cataracts replaced during the one operation. My whole experience from first assessment, through the procedure and aftercare has been excellent. I am amazed at the improvement to my vision and cannot thank all involved enough. I totally recommend Optical Express to anyone considering this procedure.

Highly recommend using the Exeter branch. The staff were amazing from the consultation all the way to the aftercare. The front desk staff/assessment team made me feel very welcome every time I entered, and always greeted with a smile! The surgeon team were brilliant too, making sure I knew what was going to happen during the surgery and what to do after. Thank you to all the staff for making this life changing experience so enjoyable.

I had my lens replacement last September and I regret it, I was warned that I may still need reading glasses, but the opposite is true, my distance vision is awful it?s effected my whole life and now may have to go through laser eye surgery to correct this.The appointments are always time consuming, so much waiting around, the staff are lovely, but are only allocated a few minutes to each appointment, but as the optometrist does such a thorough examination they always run behind, my worst appointment I spent 4 hours there !

Fantastic results from my multifocal lens replacement. The staff at Truro and Exeter were brilliant, great care and explanations of everything relating to the procedure. I had noticeable improvement by the day after, totally glasses free and loving it!!! Thank you

Had my 12month final inspection today. Throughout the tome I have been under their care I have found all staff exceptionally professional and engaging. Would recommend anyone thinking of or needing improvements to their site to consider this company.

I had Lens replacement just 6 weeks ago. Best decision I have ever made. I?m absolutely delighted that I no longer have to wear glasses or contact lenses ever again. My consultation was in Truro the staff were all amazing, everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure on me to go ahead with the procedure. I went to Exeter to have the lens replacement done and again the staff were all very professional and made me feel at ease. I never felt a thing during the procedure, they had great music on in the background which was very comforting.My vision is perfect now I couldn?t be happier.I highly recommend Optical Express- keep up the great work your doing.

Excellent from my first consultation in Torquay right through to my surgery in Exeter.All staff very friendly and welcoming. My surgery went well, eyes slightly painful the day of surgery but fine the next day. I was advised that my distance vision maybe effected and I my not achieve 20/20 vision, well all I can say is it was the best descisions I've made, couldn't be happy at the results which did end up being 20/20. Multifocal Lens ReplacementNo hesitation recommending OE Exeter, hardest part was rating Zoe & Hayley so they have both come in at No. 1 closely followed by the rest of the team who were all amazing. Zoe made me feel at ease from the first consultation. I wasn't the easiest patient as I have major issues lying flat.The team went above and beyond and did everything they possibly could for me and I must give a BIG thank you to Hayley who saw me through the whole procedure and some!! The outcome is amazing! better than 20/20 vision,.
