Avoid sending parcels here, I have been back multiple times to try & retrieve 2 of mine, despite saying they scanned them, they can't find them, also staff attitude, is appalling

Popped in to Whipton post office to get some stamps ,the shop was so different , much cleaner and tidier ,manager behind the post office counter was really helpful ,he said there was more to do yet to get the store up to where he wants it .It felt a happier place and I will be going in there more ofton .

I have been visiting this branch for a very long time, but I must say I have noticed a massive difference for the better since the new manager has arrived, there is a lot more organisation, he is always very helpful and informative, nothing is too much trouble and the whole atmosphere has changed. I won't be going anywhere else as this post office does it all.

utterly awful, been three times, never open! May as-well be closed down. Went there at half 10 in the morning on a Saturday and they?re closed because nobody there is trained.

Never Open. I live around the corner so it is convenient for me to walk and post parcels but it doesn't matter when I go, they are shut. Needed to urgently post my passport today but shut when I arrived at 3pm even though they are supposed to be open till 5.30pm. I won't ever be going there again. COMPLETE JOKE

The opening times are a work of fiction. It used to be a decent Post Office, but you would be better going elsewhere now.

It's never open. Had to pay to get my parcel redirected to this post office 2 weeks ago! And every time I go in to pick it up it's shut and staff haven't had training. Have told staff multiple times that all I want to do is get my parcel, surely you don't need training for that?

It would be better to remove the post office name altogether, as it is never working.

May aswell close this post office , every time I go there it?s closed , they all seem to reassure me that it is still open , one chap even said it all depends on one person and if they decide not to come in then they have to close the whole post office . No staff member seems to have a clue .

The staff here need training in how to run a post office counter. The guy was reluctant to take my pre-paid parcel because he hadn?t had any training! The parcelforce website said I could drop it off at this location. What training do you need to receive a parcel and wait for it to be collected!

What's the point of having a post office if they keep on closing or because of technical problems or haven't got trained staff to do the job probably . Three visits to the post office and still unable to sort my problem out ???
