Regularly use this station as it has lots of pumps with long hoses and is easy to fill up any side of your car.

It's convenient for us but we purchased petrol in a Sainsbury's petrol station at The Willows on the way to Torquay on Friday and it was much cheaper at £143.9 a litre there.

0 stars if that?s even possible, brought back an item to be told i would have to have a refund as they didn?t sell it anymore, just to walk down the aisle too find them right in front of me. Poor and rude service from the customer service lady on the desk, couldn?t let me speak or even crack a smile.

Have popped into Sainsburys tonight 20% off womens stuff but NO Discount for MENS THIS IS DISCRIMINATION!!!
Also mens toilet and Disabled toilets are out of order !! Told to use kids toilet, disgusting!!

I have given a score of 2 only because the croissant and bacon were excellent. The problem was ordering, service and cleanliness. On the board going it it showed the names of different cups of coffee for sale, I wanted a latte size coffee but without milk - just strong black coffee, I was informed I could not have a cup I had to have a mug - silly me asked why it was advertised and was told it stoped when they closed for Covid. Eighteen months for a new poster seems a long time. I then explained I wanted a strong black coffee cup size. Then as I was moving away I was surprised when she asked me for my nectar card and payment . There was a queue of about eight behind me but at the other end of the counter was a lady doing nothing - her job was to make the coffees. Cleaning up the restaurant were three people, the restaurant was only half full and other bustling about in the kitchen - it would have speeded up service if three had been serving one tasking orders, one taking money and one service coffee so not to have a long queue. When I went to get the coffee we were given the filter coffee and not from the machine I expected as I had said expresso, the lady there could not change the order I would need to go back to where it was ordered - I excepted the coffee as my will to live was dissipating fast. It was flavoured water. The floor look like it had not been swept for days and the table sticky. What I felt was the final insult, one was expected to take our food trays to a rack when we had finished (not sure what the staff were doing in the restaurant). The price we paid was the same as other local cafes were one gets full service. However I assume the reason is Covid as that is given to all substandrd things now. After poor service I declined to take my tray to the rack - I thought it might give one of the 'staff wondering around' something to do. Staff handling food/drinks did not wear masks

I am really disappointed with the service I have received recently.I had an online order scheduled and after waiting 90 mins past my time phoned customer services to be told that this was cancelled! I had received no communication about this and no apology from the lady. She then went on to tell me options that I could of done to move this order but couldn?t as I had now past the time obviously!! I asked to raise a complaint which she said someone would contact me, after two days still no response and now I have paid for food that hasn?t been delivered really not happy!!! Rubbish service ?

This is a good filling station to get petrol and some other things from the shop. ???? Not forgetting free air and water. Also the car ? wash. ???.

Absolutely appalling service. the staff are rude and sarcastic when you ask for help.
I have never had a pleasant experience in this store but I can usually handle it.
today, however, was another matter. a member of staff was incredibly rude to my mum when she needed help on the self service checkout. my mum waved over a member off staff for assistance; said member of Staff told my mum that if she had pressed the "checkout" button then the checkout would have alerted them and my mum wouldn't have needed to call them over.
and to quote said member of staff: "I'm not psychic."

After a long wait to get served, I asked the question how long would it be before my meal would be served, I was told there was a 15 minute wait. I placed my order and waited. Whilst seated, I got chatting to a few people who were complaining about the wait for their food. I told them there was a 15 minute wait. They just laughed! After 30 minutes had gone by, I went to the till to ask what had happened to my meal and miraculously it appeared. The roast dinner was luke warm, the yorkshire pudding was hard and the peas were shrivelled up. I thought the meal would have at least been served at the correct temperature, especially after the time I had to wait. I was too fed up and hungry and had an appointment to attend so no time to get food elsewhere. I felt it would have been a waste of time to say anything as others were complaining. The management of the cafe needs looking at, there was 1 young girl who looked like she was in training, so it was hardly her fault, she was literally left in the deep end to cope with everything. It really is a shame the standards are so low. It could be a good place to eat if the right staff were put in place.
