On arrival we required some information on some boots that were displayed, my partner tried to get the attention of a woman who worked there, she very obviously blanked him and continued with her chat to another customer. I felt this was completely out of order, she may have been busy but what?s wrong with a bit of customer service and just saying ?I will be with you as soon as I can? or ?I will get a colleague to help you?. I found her rude and detrimental to the store. However Liam was the guy who served/advised us, he was friendly, engaging and helpful, the polar opposite to his colleague and it?s because of him we would return to the store and carry on buying items from Snow and Rock. Well done Liam.

Very disappointed to be advised that my £20 gift card had expired, not aware of any other retailer that only gives a stingy 12 months. Still bought the running socks as I was there but unlikely to shop there again.

Really knowledgeable staff. We spent a long time trying on different walking boots and sizes to ensure we had the best fit.

They were short staffed on my visit, and rushing round helping everyone. Still had time for info and advice though. Did need to visit 3 tills to be served. Stock looked good, priced as expected. Happy to revisit.

Burton snowboard Step on bindings + photon boots.\\n\\nAs i was traveling down from yeovil i called the shop and spoke to rowan i check if they had the sizes of the boots that i wanted.\\n\\nLuckily for me rowman had tried the same boots and agreed to order some in for me. 9 1/2 and 10s\\n\\nThen he told me to book a fitting slot online.\\n\\nThe boots came in on the Wednesday and i was booked in on the sunday afternoon.\\n\\nWhen i arrived i was also was a bit shocked to see zero snowboard stuff on display but i remembered a few years ago there was less and less, times have changed!\\n\\nI was glad to had called them firstly.\\n\\nI was quickly greeted by kelly who was friendly and engaging.\\n\\nshe snowboards and skis so easy to talk too and we had both been to la plagne recently : )\\n\\ni took my old boots and socks with me and i also had custom made insoles that i had made before.\\n\\nif you are paying the money for new boots then its worth that bit extra to have them made in store. they make a big difference.\\n\\nkelly was amazing and she measured and checked my feet before tying on the size 10s,\\n\\nThese were perfect i said! but after kelly requesting that i try on the 9 1/2 as boots get larger over time.\\n\\nThey were a bit tight on the toes on the right foot but fine on the left.\\n\\nTime for heating moulding she said and also gave me 2x toe caps to put on :)\\n\\nAfter a blast in the oven it was time for the no pain no gain treatment.\\n\\nLater after the boots cold down and i had done a few laps around the shop i took them off and then tried on again without the toe caps and they felt great. Both felt the same size.\\n\\nI think it's a good idea just to check what they have in store before going down to avoid disappointment.\\n\\nSo a big thank you kelly and Rowan for arranging the boots and giving great customer service i would definitely go back again.\\n\\nGood luck on your bicycle trip!

Couldn't have been more disappointed :( I booked a snowboard boot fitting, which had to be during a weekday because there were so few slots available. The day arrived, I took time off work, drove for an hour to get to the shop, walked in and.... no snowboard boots on display! I assumed they must have some (perhaps in the store room) given they'd advertised the fitting appointment but was told, no, they had nothing but a couple of returned womens boots. After some prompting, they measured one of my feet & told me I'm a size 8, but didn't bother with the width. I'm a nine & with wide feet. All in all, the most useless waste of my time I could have imagined :(
