That sadly didn’t resolve the problem BUT neither did he charge the £185 Mini diagnostics fee to tell me that the unit needs replacing. Thank you ?Service: Electrical”

“Booked kawasaki in for 2 tyres. Turned up today and I can see I needed new pads. They suggested SP motorcycles up the road. Rang. Bought pads. Then found out that fronts were wrong pads, so they kindly drove me to SP so I could change them. They fitted for a small additional cost. Great experience. Good guys! Not the first time I've been to these guys. It's the 4th or 5th for tyres or wheel alignment on both my cars. Well done guys for keeping up great work and helping us all.”

“Fair price for new tyre. Despite a booked appointment had to wait over an hour, staff were friendly but not apologetic. Sounds like it's a head office problem understaffing them so understandable. Even so, would use again for competitive price.”
