Had a terrible experience with them, one of the anklets I bought for my wife got broken, I went back to ask if there was any chance at getting it repaired not for a refund(because I couldn't find my reciept) but the older lady who attended to me kept insinuating I didn't get it from them even when I showed the payment made on my card on the exact date I mentioned, she was being rude and unhelpful.

Warren James Jewellers provides very poor customer service. Fails to deliver online purchases and fails to prompt you that they have failed to deliver your jewellery until you follow up. Horrible services and very unreliable.

Jewellery is worse than Primark's quality. Bought a gift set last Christmas and 5 months later the clasp broke on the bracelet. Had a replacement and a month later the bracelet broke again. I went into the Exeter store and asked for a refund as I didn't want to go through replacing an item every few months.The little blonde curly haired troll was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She told me she would give me a credit note as they don't offer refunds so I accepted, only to find out I would only get a credit note to the value of what the bracelet is being sold at today (a reduced rate.)As I explained that isn't fair, the Curly haired troll told me to stop arguing with her even though I am just explaining I would like the original price I paid for the bracelet. Because of their bad quality products I lose money? How is that right?She was very patronising and didn't want to listen to anything I had to say and kept responding with sarcastic comments and calling me a liar when I said I never received a full receipt after the last exchange. I only received a small till receipt but it does state what time I was in the store and the price etc.In the end I walked out without accepting anything and will be writing to head office to try and resolve this matter.And on the way out another customer said to her "what was that about" and the curly haired troll responded "just another happy exchange" What a way to treat your customers! this is what I mean by their attitude and sarcastic comments.I would advise anybody to stay away from this "jewellers."It's the worst company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.Check the other reviews they have operated like this for years!Disgusting...

Very good professional friendly and helpful staff who are informative and very knowledgeable about the products ? for 18yrs and more i have been going instore on and off when I've required their services, Also my wife's engagement ? ring came from there and my chains / bracelets, nice high quality and reliable ? , convenient for other surrounding businesses of different interests of shopping ? ? and online shopping with Warren James is simplicity and quality also if going to the store is not an option for you ....reeesult ?

3 staff on duty only 1 serving and she looked like she had better things to be doing! 1 customer being served and myself and another gent had been there 10 mins waiting before his child had enough and was getting upset! Only when the gent comment LOUDLY to me that the woman was working alone did she think to get the other 2 out from the back to serve! Poor service!

My necklace deformed in only 10 days but they did offer low price for it not refund all price of the necklace. they did not help me.
