Was in Wilko today shopping and I purchased a pot of paint and few other items got home and realised they over charged me not by a lot so wasn?t to bothered but had to go back as ran out of paint so went back and got another pot and noticed the price difference again at the till so told they guy at the till the price is wrong it says less on the label. He replied I?m gonna charge you what?s on the till. That was the worst reply I have ever had in my life. Then the manager comes over and tries to resolve it and I then get stared at for 20 minutes for them to then ask me for my money. Should have stayed shut or stayed as the original wilko. This shop has down graded Major. Shopper there all the time no issues but now I?m gonna move to B&Q I think won?t be coming back.

I come here quite frequently and they always have what I?m looking for and more ! The store is always stocked well and clean . Today especially I noticed how lovely and kind the young lady was at the checkout

Wilko is an "alright" shop. I must admit, it is not that big and not everything is available. I gave it a 3 because it's not that bad and it's not better or best as well in terms of variety when it comes to products. It is accessible however, and staff are welcoming.

Terrible customer service! Lady today at self serve. As five tills but only one being used! Customer advisor told a family that they had to queue up at checkout as they could not use cash on self serve, but when the wife said oh we didn?t know that the advisor grumpily snapped, well there is a sign up that tells you! But there was no sign and when I asked her where this was she said there is no sign? I pointed out not great service telling this family lies and she denied saying in front of about 5 other people, then started shouting at me saying I shouldn?t talk to her that way! Piss poor service and really needs some people skills training! Wilkos Exeter!

Only a 4 out of 5 because I went in looking for a can of WD-40, or such like, could not find it, nor a member of staff to ask except those on the till.Have used it before and it's always been good, plenty of choice and some nice bargains.
