“A brilliant experience when christmas shopping at the store on 16th December. The staff were amazing, so helpful and efficient. They couldn't do more for me. I was assisted throughout my time in the store with garment choosing and size. A particular pullover I liked was out of stock in my size, but a staff member went online for me, found the size I was looking for and assisted in the online purchase. I received the garment at home the following morning by a Hermes courier, what excellent service! The store has a wide selection of good quality clothing, reasonably priced too, so I will have no hesitation in returning for further purchases in the future. Highly recommended.”

“Good shop let down by offshore call centre. Tried to get technical information using live chat and phone. In both cases was just read information from the website. Arranged callback from store but gave them the wrong number so I didn't get the callback. In the end I popped into the store and resolved question in 5 minutes. The order and communications process was good”
