Just completed the 6 week Elfkick course , 3 sessions a week. All the team were absolutely lovely , super supportive and encouraging and I’ve enjoyed it far more than I ever anticipated. I’ve grown stronger physically and mentally throughout and thank all the function fitness staff for their hard work and patience .
