My partner and I visited the store and I?m sorry to report that we left feeling rather perplexed and disappointed by the undeserving GBH our shopping suffered.
The store was closed and therefore shopping was conducted via the serving hatch which makes for difficult shopping. I would imagine not to dissimilar to shopping in Tesco blindfolded.
We requested a small number of items and when the staff member returned, I politely asked for a bottle of wine and apologised for causing a second trip for her. This ensued our shopping being scanned and aggressively thrown back into a basket and a chorus of huffs and puffs commenced.
Perhaps additional members of staff would be pertinent thus creating a happy and less aggressive staff member that doesn?t take her anger out of a defenceless Quiche Lorraine which incidentally does not contain Broccoli.

Not much selection available but possibly due to it being 5pm on a Saturday. Was very disopointed to discover that when you purchase M&S food in a M&S food hall you cannot use M&S gift card. ??

Good product selections, ranging from cold to hot drinks and food. Sweets for the kids and even a chilled bottle of wine to take home. Only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Honiton High Street.
