The second time was after a flood and their services were booked by the insurance claims company at our request, so there was a mix up over dates. So when they arrived we weren't ready for them at all. but the two gents were brilliant, and just cracked on with removing washing machines and dishwashers with no fuss. Well beyond the call of duty.
