Honestly couldn't do enough for me. They supplied me with laminate flooring, underlay as well as a stair runner and fitting for that as pictured.Thank you all so much for amazing service. We had our floor fitted throughout the ground floor of the property following a water leak. They were absolutely brilliant from choosing, then changing our minds, and then fitting us in around the kitchen fitter and other work promptly and great care to detail.I would definitely recommend them, very friendly, knowledgeable people and very affordable compared to other big companies.Thanks again to you all and have a great Christmas and New Year Liz and Ben Weir xx

The pre-order service in the shop was great, very informative but no pressure, and the quotation (based on a house visit) was prompt and detailed. When it came to the installation, the fitters are obviously very skilled, and their whole approach was so professional. Punctual, hard working, focussed on the job and, above all, a pleasure to have in our house.

Gary and Lisa were really useful. We'd had a quote from another supplier and while Gary's team were too busy to come and measure this week (which I only see as a good thing, in that they're busy and obviously good at what they do), he took the time to give us some advice about pricing and labour costs, which helped us move forward with our other supplier. He didn't have to do this, but it's great customer service and I'd highly recommend them to others, based on this alone.
