I have been using Matt and Dan for a few years now. They are highly personable, putting you and your requirements at the centre of any transaction you complete with them. Their knowledge and professionalism within the industry far exceeds the knowledge within main mobile shops on the high street. Any issues you come across after the sale is no problem to them, they are happy to help, advise and explain.

I went into Fonehouse this week for the first time based on their Google reviews, and what a great decision it was. I have been puzzling as to which phone to upgrade to, and from the word go Matt was brilliant. I am pretty clueless about mobile phones, so Matt's guidance was really helpful. He's not at all pushy, and really listened to me and what I was looking for. I feel that he genuinely cared about me as a customer, and at all times trusted his advice. Now I have a pre-loved phone that's perfect for my needs, and I won't hesitate to return to Fonehouse in future. As an independent store, the customer service ethos here is spot on. Thanks Matt!

Mixed review on this one. Had in mind what sort of phone I wanted to next go for but wanted to see in the flesh. My contact was a week away from its 24 months so I was ready. The phone I wanted was an s23 ultra. To be told (the guy was knowledgeable i do give that) and wasnt pushy re getting me to sign up. But basically told. The best selling phone he would recomend over the s23 ultra and the new google pixel 8 pro (as its new) is to for the Honor.Now having done research and checked a few things out. Thid wasnt even on my radar. I then went to 2 other similar shops. Asked same question. Then I said how does the Honor compare to those 2 I mentioned and the response was. Would not even go for the Honor.So yes. Definitely on the fence. But but not sure why to be told that was better. They were doing well until this came up.
