“Never booked a round of golf before but whilst holidaying i had an urge to play a round and see if i could get back into it and wow! What a course! Beautiful views, greens were immaculate and the pro was real welcoming in getting me set up. Had half hour on the driving range before hand to warm up which is easy enough to use also. Will be booking a tee time everytime i’m down this way on holiday!”

“We had a wonderful day at Stover Golf Club. From the moment we arrived we received a professional and flexible approach from the Club Pro who managed to fit us in for an earlier tee time. The staff in the club house were also great and although we were too early for breakfast they arranged for us to have bacon butties ready at the halfway point. The course was in great condition and the greens fast and true. The course itself seems to have a number of shortish par 4s but none the less they were a good test of golf. A number of new holes are being built and these look like enhancing the course further. We’ve played a few courses in Devon and this is right up there with the best!”
