Rudest person I've ever met working there. Can't put it into words but she just decided to go against me in everything I said as soon as I entered the shop and then refused to even send my parcel. Came in to simply return a parcel. The lady on the post office counter was incredibly rude from the outset. No people skills whatsoever, and felt like she looked down her nose at me from the moment I walked in. In response to a simple question I got arrogance and a patronising response.

NOT impressed with the new owners, no patients when my wife was counting out the change to pay for her goods with a huff and folded arms by the new owner whilst she paid. Last time we use this store.
