We have enjoyed having Sunday Carvery at Brewer's Fayre multiple times, Moses is a fantastic chef! However, the organisation of the queues simply doesn't work. I waited in one like, then got told to move to another line before having to go back to original till...I get that it's a bar service restaurant, but it needs a far better queuing system. And the staff could be friendlier when explaining the current system...

We had to order from the bar even though its a restaurant. The bearded guy on the bar really looked like he did not want to be there. Totally ignored the long queue and was lacking in customer services skills no sorry for the wait etc.The food when came was ok but no table service by servers any sauces, was the food ok etc. On leaving we noticed most tables had not been cleared. There were plates and drinks piled high on the tables. The place had a dirty unclean feel. Would I recommend no.

Dirty, uncleared tables of food. Zero service with no staff to be seen.

Empty pub and all tables reserved. Rude waitress but she did give us a table. We were not the only walk ins whilst we were there. Didn't get deals as we wanted to be in and out!

Good value pub grub from this Whitbread chain (between 12 and 6pm two main courses will set you back just £11.99). The stunning beachfront location makes it one of the busiest venues in the Bay so booking certainly recommended at peak times and during sunny summer days.

As living local. We popped into the Inn on the quay last Sunday for a carvery. Using 33% off sent to us via email and using our loyalty bonus card we had a perfect good value meal. Moses the chef always cheerful and happy to see you. Served us the carvery. Kiki took our order and is always happy to serve you with a smile. A true home from home place to go and have a nice meal. Great location, great parking, and most of all great staff, service and food. Keep up the good work all the staff at the Inn on the quay. And see you all soon.Parking: Ask at the bar when you place your food order for your free car parking ticket. For your free parking. You get 3 hours parking in the car park. If you finish your food before the 3 hours are up it's nice to take a stroll along the beach. To walk off all that lovely food...... Happy days!!

We arrived late last Sunday for a carvery and weren't disappointed (although the sprouts could've been cooked a little bit more) I chose gammon and turkey for my meats and added lots of veg including carrot and swede mash, carrots, peas, cauliflower cheese, dauphinoise potatoes, roast potatoes and roast parsnips, with cranberry sauce and gravy. Everything I had was gluten free and delicious, apart from the sprouts as previously mentioned. It was so good we're planning on going again very soon!

This is our local for all you can eat breakfast buffet in Paignton. Every time we have visited there was always a good array of items to choose from. The staff are quick to replenish food items. Definitely worth a visit.Parking: When you order food in the bar/restaurant remember to ask for a parking ticket. After you finish your meal, scan the ticket at the parking meter. The ticket will give you 3 hrs of free parking.

A group of us meet here for breakfast. It?s never been over busy plenty of seating. In the summer you can seat outside with sea views. Good value for money as it?s all you can ear. Free car parking.
