Please DO believe all these bad reviews. This company really is this bad. I placed an order and after hearing nothing and not receiving my items on the "delivery expected before" date I contacted them for an update. Two days later I received a reply that they had had a System error that their IT dept was working on and that they had issued a refund. Yeah thanks?. Surely a better solution could have been found as I actually still wanted the item even if it was to be a touch later than expected.I then searched online and found the same item at the same price at Evans cycles and proceeded to place an order.....After placing the order I have since found that Lovell sports/Evans cycles/sports direct and several other companies are all part of the Fraser group.I have just reached the "expected latest delivery" date from Evans and haven't received my order. I have just requested an update on my order but expect to be fobbed off with an excuse the same as my Lovell order. Both companies are very good at sending marketing emails and messages offering sale items and reminding you what items you have looked at and may wish to purchase but are very poor at keeping you informed and actually forfilling orders. If you actually want to receive items that you order I would advise shopping elsewhere.

Sadly adding to the negative reviews. Quickly received my goods, but the returns process is an issue. I never received a returns form, googled Rockport Returns UK and the 2nd link was a returns form, hosted on their website. No refund issued, customer service say it was my fault for not calling them (no phone number on the website) to get the correct form. They don?t respond to email on weekends, so no point in trying to get the return form from that channel. It?s a shame because the Rockport shoes are actually really good, but the UK agent doesn?t seem to care about customer service

Absolutely waste of time. Purchased a bike after a few days after I asked for an update. Mr. Carlos replied that it will be dispatched from the warehouse asap. I took it as confirmation and sold my old bike. Day after I received an email saying that due to a price error, my order has been cancelled. They've got my email address and mobile number I constantly getting spam since.

Awful service. I ordered a pair of trainers at the start of the month and now still waiting and trying to chase my order (2 and half weeks later). I have emailed the company's customer service twice and I haven't received a response. Please don't waste your time spending your money here.

a terrible untrustworthy companyWhat a terrible untrustworthy company. I am advising you to avoid using them. Placed an order on the 26th January for a bike. I had no update in the coming days and not despatch notification. I emailed twice to ask for updates to which they advised it was awaiting the warehouse despatch. On the second email advising they are awaiting the warehouse about 10 minutes after I had an email saying this was a price mistake and they. Would be refunding my money. Now my main quarrel is that it took them 5 days to realise this. Basically this shows a hight level of incompetence. This has caused upset to my son and caused a surplus on my credit card now as I'd paid of the item. I will be contacting Citizens Advice bureau and pursuing this to the absolute highest level

I received the wrong item on delivery, tried to rectify the situation but could never get through to anyone and took several days to reply on email. They refused to send me the correct item. Very disappointing service.

Placed an order, money taken, received a nonexistent tracking number. This company has no way of being contacted. Phone numbers are disconnected, email addresses respond with a automated message.Suspect I may have been had over!!

Bought some rugby boots from Lovell in Feb 2023, they broke and I asked for a refund, unfortunately, I was out of the warranty period for this specific product (6 months) but Mike from customer service said they would replace the boots as a gesture of good will!I've always bought my boots from Lovell and will continue to do so! Thank you very much.

Absolutely appalling. Do not buy from this company. Boots did not fit so sent them back + no refund received. Email responses are automated and they never get back to you. They don't answer FB messages and the Live Chat function is not monitored. Is this company actually just a massive scam? No one from the company seems to answer any of these reviews, so can only assume that they are a SCAM company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Unfortunately received wrong boots and correct we?re unable to be located in the short time scale before my match, but full refund was issued quickly. Fortunately still had enough time to shop elsewhere. As a goodwill gesture I was able to keep the boots which made a fantastic donation to the club. Wayne the customer service manager was a polite and pleasure to deal with. Will still shop here in the future!
