For some reason, not sure why, the staff are incredibly rude in here,especially when it is closing time.Instead of giving us a 10min-5min notice that they are closing up they just abruptly interrupted our browsing and told us to leave because they are closing.The overall vibe in this store is great but none of the staff offer to help you with anything even if you are struggling with something, i think that its because they just expect you to buy things from apple regardless of what the store looks like or their employees attitudes.If think the employees that were in the store at the time need to treat everyone as paying customers because not only were they rude to me and my family but at the same time were also rude to a few school boys that were simply just trying their items and were told to leave because of it. How does apple expect anyone to buy their products or talk about how good their brand is if they cant even try out the items because the employees kick them out?i will not been returning here anytime soon, there are many other brands that sell just as good electronics but cheaper

Spoke to callum who helped me today with a repair on my 15 pro max , although some misscommunication with the apple call before I travelled up from cornwall it was all sorted and he was very helpfull. Thanks callum :)

I was left very angry and disappointed. I went to store 2 weeks ago and they were running late on their appointments. They kept me waiting half an hour. Which isn?t the main issue must I add. They put my Apple Watch on charge and then stated it?s working again so you need to buy a new charger. I got a new charger and they told me to me come back if any more issues occur. The watch stopped working 2 days later and I brought it back from them just to say we can?t do the test because the watch wouldn?t turn on. Then they said we won?t be able to send it away for the £95 advertise because they can?t test the watch to see what the issue is because it won?t turn on (well duh) that?s why I?m back here. Very very helpful, the woman just kept apologising . The staff were friendly I just felt that they lack knowledge in certain areas (she asked me how to do something) surely you asked know that?) and wouldn?t go that extra mile to help. I think I got even more frustrated because I?ve travelled from Cornwall twice to get this looked into waste of time on both occasions.

Went from Cornwall to this Apple Store to buy an Apple Watch. The guy who assisted me was not in the mood of selling the watch. He didn?t explain anything. I had to ask every single things. It was weird. When I decided to buy the watch and everything is ready. He asked for my ID since I wanted to pay in one year. Not accepted because it is a Spanish ID. Gave him my driving licencie. Not accepted because it was Spanish aswell. So the only document was the passport which I don?t carry with me in a daily basis. Surprised when he advised me to do it online because apparently online, they don?t ask for any ID verification. Not going back to this Apple Store.

I went to this store today to have a genius appointment. The issues with my phone iPhone drops calls, has intermittent signalBeen factory resetiPhone is quiet on calls and notifications not very loud. But when phone is on Bluetooth call ringtone comes through too loud. Also when I set my alarm and the volume is set to low it comes blaring out. Sometimes the phone doesn?t charge with the lightning cables which are original. The service was simple no faults showing so go back to Vodafone where you got the phone. My Answer was your the manufacturer of hardware & software so you should be able to come up with a solution. There answer ?your out of warranty? which wasn?t true as the case was first opened back 6ths ago so I had full support under there warranty. I was rudely told if you have technical support knowledge why don?t you fix it yourself. Then asked to leave the store as I explained this was unacceptable and unfair treatment considering there was no damages to the phone and had been fully updated with the latest software. Yet a customer who clearly wasn?t as careful and hadn?t been as respectful of there Mac got a free repair after there photo frame landed on it. If you clearly don?t want customer service carry on regardless

Guy who served me today (bald-ish guy) was extremely rude to me. All I wanted to do was buy an Apple Watch and yet apparently I couldn?t do that. He even told me to go to John Lewis instead.. what kind of Apple employee does that? Definitely won?t be coming back here. So so rude. I also had to make 95% of the conversation. Very uncomfortable.
